The Opportunity

International Truck (a Navistar company) was in need of an application capable of assisting corporate sales reps and dealers in their sales process, by providing them with a tailored and customizable presentation based on user selections and customizations made through their new WebGL trucks Configurator, produced by Clutch Studios.

With that initial requirement, Bitprism partnered with Clutch (a creative studio specialized in 3D/CGI and VFX) to expand on the Configurator capabilities, which included the new Presentation Builder but also continued product iteration, maintenance and performance updates that improved the application load times multi-fold.

How we helped

By integrating with the existing technology and design, we created a scalable solution for generating PowerPoint and PDF presentations from user-customized configurations. The solution allowed the client to manage all content and layout options via a custom content management interface with support for sharing capabilities, lead follow-up, and analytics.

Bitprism provided continued product iteration, technical leadership, and feature development on the main WebGL Configurator where we also suggested and executed an in-depth Performance audit and improvement implementation plan which resulted in greater application performance.

Business Outcome

Our contribution strengthened and enriched the capabilities and reach of the International Truck Configurator with a new Presentation Builder and a refactored Configurator experience bringing improved performance and additional features.
